    Automatically RESIZE upload image??

    Does anybody know a plugin or a way to have the image people upload automatically resized when they post an ad ?? I know you can set it to how big you want it but say if i have it set to "no bigger than 500KB" how Do i make it so when they upload something that's bigger it will automatically resize to fit that??
