Clipper roles, how to assign

I would like the contributor role (or a new one = member) to only allow access to:

1. Member can Post new coupons
2. Member can edit only his/her coupons posted
3. Member can delete his/her coupons
4. Member can manage his/her coupons.
5. (member cannot edit/post/delete other members coupons)

I am finding that you have to select the "manage options" under Other WordPress Core Capabilities to allow a member to post a coupon; the problem is the member also has access to too many other functions.

What do I need to select to allow the above access 1 thru 4?
