Coupon_tags does not work using Clipper importer

I imported the sample example file and coupon tags didn't work as expected. I am seeing numbers associated with coupon posts like 65, 77 .. instead of tag1,tag2. In the coupon_tags view , I see numbers being inserted.
I am seeing numerous problems with themes, has the functionality in 1.2.1 been tested. I just bought the clipper theme few days back and not happy with it. Earlier I reported a basic problem where coupons doesn't show up after adding in system. It would be good to provide a list of known issues, so people know what they are buying into , rather then wasting time/effort reporting problems..
