    Help with installing theme in Wordpress

    I purchased the theme CLIPPER from appthemes.com and followed the instructions. When uploading it told me that I had no Tag Line. Well, I figured out how to add a tag line but it is saying upload failed and there are more than 100 errors! Is this them outdated or something?
