Installed But Not Functioning At All Version 1.5

So went through the steps, one by one to install Clipper 1.5 on WP 3.8, all the latest updates with no plugins involved. It says it installed fine, but of course it does not work, has errors and issues and in no way is functioning properly.

- I have the theme files (Site URL) located within the /wp/ subfolder within my main html public folder
- I have the Home settings address pointing to my root directory as desired
- All .htaccess and index.php files are correctly located
- The Wordpress admin page functions correctly with no known errors or issues that I can see
- I have things set so that I can run my original site off it's index.html while I update and propogate the new Clipper theme. Once it is working and all coupons are up, I'll remove the original site.

Basically if I try to view the index.php it gives me a partial Clipper with the center gutted with "Page Not Found" garbage.

Server log includes a bunch of these and similar:

Please advise on what I am suppose to do, I've worked with many php installs prior and never been at a loss like this. I can PM the site.
