    Meta Name Tags - Where Are They?

    Where do I put these meta tags within Clipper?

    <META NAME="description"
    <META NAME="keywords"
    <meta name="robots" content="index,follow">
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" Content="no-cache">

    I am just not seeing them in the panel. Please advise, thanks!
