    Problems with Coupon Category list translation

    I have problems with displaying Coupon Category list. Category template works excellent with English alphabet (English named categories), but it displays wrong with Russian (http://promoprice.ru/categories/). Where can I change alphabet or maybe there is some wordpress plugin for this purpose?
