    Updating CSS file, but the change not reflecting

    Hi,

    I'm using latest Clipper theme, and I am trying to update the CSS file, and change the background color.
    After saving, it won't reflect the change, was there any other file like HTML to update along CSS file update in order to take effect...?

    Sorry for very beginner questions,
