    Updating stores without activating theme

I don't want my site to look blank when I first activate the theme, so I was wondering if there is a way to create all of my store pages to have ready to go as soon as I activate the theme.

I have about 800 current blog posts for coupons and such that I'll need to transfer over into the clipper stores, so the more seamless the process the better.
