What am I doing wrong?

Hey there,

I just recently put a fresh installation on my site over @ codesftw.com and not even the test site or coupon are redirecting to the url.

Is there something I am missing that I overlooked? I am using the latest version of Wordpress 3.3.1

Please help, I have no idea what to do? I have not made any edits anywhere

I am also getting this warning under clicks/views in the admin panel if this helps:
