    Anybody who can explain the negotiation process?

    Hi

    I am testing a scenario where I have a freelancer and an employer, negotiating the project.

    I really do not understand the negotiation process. There are a notes filed, and a terms field, and I really do not understand the communication and difference between the two.

    Does anybody have a tutorial for this part?
