    Approved status from paypal - any success?

    Hi guys,

    I currently have 'conditionally approved' on my api from paypal. However, when I try add funds the system spits out an error message to contact the site administrator.

    I am wondering whether this is because I am 'conditionally approved' rather than fully 'approved'?

    Does anyone have any idea how to get the status upgraded? Paypal suggest it will only change once it reviews it at a later dat after "transactions" --- however, how are you meant to do transactions if it does not call through to paypal?

    Desperately need help! I am just a student trying to fund his education...
