    Issue - The primary receiver is based in a country that isn't enabled to send payment

    Thanks dimitris for Helping us on Sandbox paypal testing .Issue has been resolved but I have one Another Question

    The primary receiver is based in India that isn't enabled to send payments using balance ,So I can use this payment method ,I have purchased Balanced Payments Marketplace plugin that also work for USA only SO How can I use Paypal ,I have my Paypal Account in India .
    Please advice me for payments send and receive solution how to I use paypal and What other payments can work in India .Please Suggest me.
