Bugs with proposals module

Hi

I log in as a freelancer and submit a proposal. At first it all seem good and the proposal is sent. However, afterwards it becomes clear that the submitted proposal is not linked to the relevant project. No matter what project I'm choosing, the proposals are always sent to a [blank] project name. And the notification says "Your proposal for "mydomain.com/apply-to-project" was successfully updated". i.e. it seems that the proposal is being linked to the "apply-to-project" page instead of relevant project. For a clarification - the project's owner doesn't get notified at all.
