Changing the Role Description and Example Text

Hi!

I have the following issues with HireBee:

1. I would like to change the names of the roles. Instead of the role being "freelancer" I want to rename it to "consultant".

2. The example text for posting a new project is very specefic to coding/programming. An empty field displays "e.g. web development...." which I do not want to have on my site since this is not part of the skills necessary. How would I change this?
