Changing directory of wordpress, TinyMCE stops appearing on description fields

    Hello,
I have changed directories for my wordpress installation and suddenly the TinyMCE stopped appearing when adding an ad. If I am administrator and go to the control panel editing ads , TinyMCE appears correctly. Where can I find the command that loads the TinyMCE editor ?
    We use wordpress 3.4 .

    Thank you
    Stamos
