    Freelancer images and videos

    How can Freelancers add images and videos in their profile? I am not talking about avatars. Freelancers would want to add photos or videos of their portfolio to my Hire Bee site but their is no option for this.
    Secondly, how do I make the link to their website on their profile open in a new window or tab? It currently opens in the same window and takes them away from the Hire Bee based site.
