I need to know how to control the funds using Paypal Adaptive. I am concerned about "automatic" payments to freelancers and "automatic" payment to freelancers when the project gets completed or cancelled.
Does it mean if employer never clicks on "project complete", the freelancer will never get paid?
1. Can the admin hold the funds for X number of days after project completion before releasing it to the freelancer to make sure employer has a grace period to file a dispute or request a refund?
2. Can the admin hold the funds until the dispute is settled between employer and freelancers?
3. Who is responsible for paypal chargebacks especially if the site admin is the primary receiver of the employer funds?
