How can a user hire a freelancer if not posting publicly?

Hi. I might be missing some settings, but in my "almost ready" application I noticed that a user can search a freelancer but cannot hire him/her directly, instead, the user has to post a job and the freelancer has to bid.

This is ok for public posts, but what if the user just searches a freelancer and wants to hire direct? is there an option to do this? This is important for us on private requests or "repeated" business, where users know who they want to engage.
