    When Employer selects a candidate nothing happens!

    Hi , I have just purchased Hirebee 1.3 and installed it on my wordpress website on my local machine.
    When the client selects a proposal nothing happens! The freelancer never receives a notification and the proposal is not marked as selected.
    Please help!
