    How does Free Monthly Credits work?

    On my site Free Monthly Credits does not seem to work. I have accounts created but they do not receive the 20 free monthly credits to their account. Why is this?

    I do have the Share Roles Capabilities enabled. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.
