    I'm a new user. I'm unable to use Escrow

    Hi,
    I currently have 'conditionally approved' on my api business from paypal. However, when I try pay a project with a different paypal the system spits out an error message.
    I am getting this message:There was a problem processing your order. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact the site owner and refer your Order ID: 117
    From Paypal perspective, it seems ok. can you please help me?
