    Refunds via PayPal When Cancelled Not Working

    Hi,

    I've been testing my theme with some test orders and the most recent one I tried I cancelled and of course the site marked it as refunded.

    However, the money hasn't been refunded back. Should this happen automatically or does it need to be done manually via PayPal.

    All of the other functions work just not this.

    Please can you help?
