Need help with commission charge and credits

I am trying to set up a job board. It is modeled very closely after UpWork. I purchased HireBee because it claimed to have capabilities that could create such an environment. I am having issues with the "credit" system. All of my job posts and applications are free. So how do I get rid of the "credits" sections on the user account pages.

Secondly, my monetization comes in by charging a 2% "finder's fee"/commission on all transactions between employers and freelancers. The HireBee intro page said this would be possible but I am not sure how to specify this and where. Basically, there is no commission on items listed or jobs applied to. It only occurs after an employer selects their freelancer and hires them. Thanks!
