Problem with my paypal payment - Hirebee

Hello,

I configured my Api for paypal and it is approved.
I made test for you if everything worked.
Unfortunately I meet a problem with the process of payment.
I post a project, it approved, then I attribute it to a freelancer, to there everything goes well.
I have to make the payment to activate the workspace, it redirects me towards paypal, I pay.
The money goes on the paypal account of my site, but the status of the project awaiting payment, while the money is at the account of my site and I don't know why.

I wanted to make a refund and the money wasn't put back at the account of the departure.
