Is there any private communication tool for buyer and freelancer in HireBee?

To make it possible for us to retain the middleman position and also to mediate dispute, I think it is vital to for both sides to use private communication tool. I saw at a freelancer website something called 'WorkStream', where all the communication between Buyer and Seller is conducted in private. Via this tool, the parties can exchange information including attachments, send a Proposal or raise an Invoice, make payments, request a refund or raise a Dispute in relation to a Job.

Does Hirebee have anything like this? Essentially through the private communication tool buyer and seller never use emails to reach each other.
