Changing language from EN to Swedish, not working (Jobroller)

I really can't get the Swedish transalation pack to work. My wordpress admin are in swedish tho, but not the site, like "Pages"

What I am doing wrong?

I downloaded the lastest swedish pack.

I have Wordpress 3.7.3.

Jobroller 1.7.1
Childtheme Jobright Version 1.4

I've tried putting the languages files everywhere, I need some help.

My wp-config says it should be located "sv_SE.mo in wp-content/languages"

Then define('WPLANG','sv_SE');
