How do I add footers to JobRoller and how do I sort by country?

I have a couple of questions that I need help with.

1. I want to add text and links to the footer, but I dot see a footer option.
2. I also want to be able to sort jobs by country. I run a job board for teachers in Thailand .
3. I run a job board for Teachers in all of Asia and the sort by country would be very useful.
4. The last question I have is how do I add an image to the side of the page. I would to use an image or customize the colors on the left and right margins.
