How can I select multiple job categories while posting job

Hi I know this questions is asked multiple times on Jobroller theme forum but I also wanted to know "How can I select multiple job categories while posting a job?" From the dropdown list, I want job listers to select multiple categories. Help me to modify the code. I have already voted for this feature here http://ideas.appthemes.com/jobroller...rop-down-1839/

This is very disappointing. Jobroller Theme should have this feature by default as it is related to publishing jobs. I see your customers have been asking this feature since 2011. And every time either you ask them to submit there idea or ask them to buy a new plugin from your market place.
