Improper Working of Apply Online option

Hi,

I am in the process of customizing & testing of Job Roller theme

Following is the URL of testing job page :-

When Apply Online is clicked than it open a form and after submitting it , it works perfectly ok and send an email

Now there are basic three issues :-

(1) It only send the email to the to the mentioned email address of the form . I want to have a copy of it to my some email address also for record for for further communication . Where is the option /file where I can define the alternate email address for sending the copy of the submitted form

(2) When App for Job button is submitted , it seems that filled data does not get stored on the database . Is it by design or system has got some bug ? I want to store filed form information in the database also

(3) At present received email shows the from email as wordpress@jobsnashik.com which is not correct .It should show the defined email address in the system or some other defined address . How this basic issue can be handled /fixed . if there is any specific file to be edit than let me know the file name so that it can be fixed that way
