Mark as Completed publishes job-listing
If a user has ordered a job-listing with costs (Job Packs field "Price" not 0) and the admin goes in the backend to menu item "Payments->Orders->Edit Order" and want
to mark the order as completed by clicking the button "Mark as Completed" in right sidebar "Order Actions", I think there is an error:
The job-listing is immediately published. The button "Activate Order" is not displayed in "Order Actions".
This happens only with non-free Job Packs.
