Prevent Noisy Email Reminders

Team,

We have a job board wherein when a job is about to expire, a reminder email is sent to the author.

The issue here is that when we get jobs from a feed, these reminders become unnecessary; we would therefore like to eliminate them.

Given that our predefined internal email is always the jobs' author, can you please assist us on implementing this through the code?
