    Customer with Membership Getting Reminders

    I have one customer whose getting a lost order reminder for $0.00 because he has a membership and I suspect has turned the classified ad off (not sure about this part). Is there a way to turn it off so Members don't get reminders from the lost order plugin about ads they don't complete.

    He shouldn't be getting lost order emails should he since he has a membership that allows for free posting.
