Problem with 3rd Party Integration

Hi all,

When I upload the new files of 1.2.1 v. the admin panel isn't working as plan...
When I trying to do anything in the admin panel such as 3rd Party Integration
I get this massage:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function appthemes_clean() in /home4/public_html/wp-content/themes/job-design/includes/admin/admin-options.php on line 42

It's the same with any change i'm trying to do in the admin panel....
What can I do to fix that?
I deleted the files and upload them again and again but it still not workin right...
