    resume feature custom location/s ability?

    Am I able to make it where the resumes show with a short specific address pattern
    i.e.

    jobsite.com/resumes/1234567

    also may is it possible to set it where it can be chosen by poster as they upload (like john smith = jobsite.com/resumes/john_smith )
