"Assign To" option not showing for users
Hi there,
When I am creating a ticket as a contributing user, the "assign to" box is not visible. Why is that?
The assign to box works fine for admins.
I have the first option checked "Users can only view their own tickets and tickets they are assigned to." because I do not want them to see others' tickets. However, I do want them to be able to assign tickets to other users.
