Adding Facebook Activity to Sidebar Widget

I would like to add the Facebook activity feed box onto my Vantage Directory, but how?

I go onto the Facebook Developer page and add my information, and then create the 2 section code to display the feed box.

The first part of the code needs to go into the top section of pages that show the box, the second part of code goes where you want the box to be.

I would guess that I would place the second part of code into a text/html widget into the sidebar, but where would the first part of code go?

Is it possible to add the feed box into the sidebar?
or is perhaps a Plugin?
