    BackUp and Developer Build

    My disclaimer - I am new to website building and I have NO technical training or education in this area.

    Two questions -
    1. In simple English not technical jargon and acronyms, How do I "back-up" my theme and site?
    2. In simple English not technical jargon and acronyms, What do I do with the Developers Build once I download it? Do I upload it as a plugin? Or do I upload it through my hosting company such as GoDaddy?

    I've spent several hours the last few days trying to figure this out.
