Bug? Not able to add extra start time entries for same date

Hi,

I have an event that has three different time slots during the same day so I need to add a multiple Start Time and End Time entries for the same event on the same day.

I tried doing this but the system only allows one time slot on the same day. I can only enter different time slots for different days.

How and where do I change the code so it allows me to enter multiple time slots for the same date?
