    New Listing In "Draft" status

    I offer free and paid listings and I got my first paid listing today (Yay!). Listings are not held for moderation and the free ones have been popping up just fine. This listing, (the paid one) came in "draft" status and I had to manually publish it. I can't find a parameter or option that seems to control this. Any ideas on how this is happening. Thanks for the help.
