    Changing the html above the Search input box

    I'd like to change the text above the Search input box.
    ie: (city, country) to (city, county or zip-code)
    and also change the font color.

    How and where is this done?

    I pretty much understand that color is changed with the CSS in style.css

    But I'm unsure of where and how to change the html.
