claimed listings not in visible in profile

hi

i am about to send out my emails to all the business owners i have in my database now. but there is one big problem.

people can claim listings, thats not a problem. they can pay via paypal and wire transfer. i get all the information displayed correctly in the backend.
if someone pays via paypal, it is (as it should be) activated right away. wire transfers wait for approval. thats all very cool and nice.

but as soon as someone paid for a listing, i want them to be able to edit their listing. but i have a problem. the listing dont show up in the users profile. i checked in the backend. they are processed as paid for.

please, go ahead and make a fake account with username "test-whatever" for whatever business you want. and try to get to the editing page.

if you know where it is, no problem. but a new user, just registered and paid for his listing...?

so. why is the listing not in a users profile visible? how can i fix this, please? very important.
