Custom Form Field - radio select with image

I thought before I purchased Vantage that this feature was available - but I was looking at so many solutions I think I got confused. Anyway we what our users to select their affiliated organization and instead of text it shows an image.

I remember one system that allowed me to insert the html code of link to the image as the option which worked great but it seems vantage strips this.

can someone let me know how we can get around this. Thanks
