    Custom Listing Lifecycle

    Hello again everyone,

    I'm looking to use Vantage for a different type of classifieds and would like to know how to do the following:

    1. Any registered users can post a listing
    2. All registered user posted listings are "unclaimed"
    3. Other registered users can claim the listing by paying a fee
    4. The ONLY action a listing owner can initiate is to delete the the listing.
