Using more than one custom form for the same listing?

I am using a custom form for a specific category. I want to use an additional custom form for specific sub-categories, since the information needed in the listings are different depending on the sub-category.

When I create new custom forms for these sub-categories, they are added above the form for the main category. There is no way to change the order that it shows on the listings, since you can't drag and change the order of the custom forms the same way you can drag and change the individual fields within a form.

Any fix for this?

I could create one master form with all of the same fields, and then the additional sub-category fields, but that is a ton of work. This solution would work if I could copy a form.
