    Error message in Orders

    I have a subscription to the Vantage theme. Recently someone hacked in and made a mess of things. I fixed it up but if you click on an order inside payments>orders you see this message: "This item can not be recognized. It might be from another theme or uninstalled plugin. I'm worried other things are not working as well that I don't know about. How can I fix it? Does anyone know?
