Fix Glitch on Reviews Tab

How do I fix a glitch on the Vantage Reviews Tab which 1) shows a URL instead of a User Name; 2) duplicates that URL on the same line; 3) uses two font sizes for the URLs [the first URL is a small font and the second URL is a larger font]; and 4) has a blank "Member Since" date?

I'd actually prefer that the entire section be eliminated -- I think it's called the Author Meta section -- and just display the rating and text of the review itself, because our reviews are not posted by users. They are posted by our staff, and as such, we don't ever need our user name displayed, especially not as a URL. Incidentally, clicking the URL takes us to the user dashboard page which says "No reviews" so the URL doesn't work in any case.

So how can I

1) eliminate this entire section (my preference) or

2) at least fix the duplicate URLs which show up instead of the admin's user name?
