hi, im using vantage,

Please first refer to my site: foodmenu101.com and u can see all listing too many wording there, is that anyway to cut off?

example i want:

1. a place for me to enter short description so front page only show short description?
2. or is there place to set no need to display too many wording there? may b 1-5 lines?
3. can it also display some thumbnaild pictures?
