How do you submit a support ticket to AppThemes?

Hi,

I've been working with Vantage for a while on a couple of client sites, and I've now bought Vantage myself, in order to be able to benefit from '12 months support' as listed in the pricing page. So now I have a customer account, but I can't see anywhere on the appthemes website, customer dashboard for me to submit a support ticket? Am I missing something? Please tell me that my '12 months support' isn't the same as 'access to the forums'?

I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious?
