    Header Tag confusion

    Hi All,

    Can someone please help me,( i am new to web world) to find the <header></header> on header.php page. i need to place the Adsense code for mobile between header tags as google suggest. when i look at the code for header tag in header.php Vantage theme, it's confused me. i couldn't find the exact open header tag and close header tag.(see picture attached) can some please help me to find this and sudjust me where to add the code.
